By creating an account or using Budget Planner, you agree to these terms.
The service
Budget Planner is a personal budgeting and organisation tool. It is not a bank, and it does not provide investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Calculations such as safe-to-spend and debt payoff plans are estimates based on the information you enter.
Your account
- Keep your login details secure and tell us about any unauthorised use.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Paid plans
- Pro plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods with notice.
- Payments are processed by Stripe under its terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or disrupt its operation.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions made using the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
